1. Acceptance

By using falconskytechpk.com (the "Site"), including its tools, firmware files and downloads, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Ownership

The Site, its tools, source code, design, text, graphics and compiled downloads are the property of FalconSkyTech unless stated otherwise. Brand names and trademarks mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatible products.

3. Permitted use

You may use the online tools and download files for your personal, non-commercial use with your own receiver.

4. Prohibited use

You must not, without written permission from FalconSkyTech:

  • copy, reproduce, redistribute, rehost or mirror any part of the Site, its tools or its files;
  • sell, rent or offer any tool, file or service from the Site for payment;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the logic of any tool;
  • use automated scripts or bots to scrape the Site or to send bulk requests to its tools or counters;
  • remove or change copyright notices or attribution.

5. Firmware and tools: use at your own risk

Firmware flashing and recovery can permanently damage a receiver if done incorrectly. By using the firmware files and tools you accept that:

  • you are responsible for backing up your current firmware and settings before flashing;
  • you must check that a file is compatible with your exact hardware and software version;
  • FalconSkyTech does not guarantee that any file or tool will work on every receiver, and is not liable for any loss, damage or warranty issue caused by its use;
  • receiver warranties may be voided by flashing unofficial firmware.

All files are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

6. Downloads and third-party hosting

Some downloads are hosted on third-party services. Their availability and terms are governed by those services. FalconSkyTech may update, replace or remove any file at any time.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
