Flashing firmware onto a receiver over USB needs direct hardware access, which a website running in a browser cannot do — this always requires a small desktop program (Windows/PC) supplied by the receiver's manufacturer. We can't turn this into a working web tool, but once you've downloaded a firmware file from this site, use your receiver brand's own PC loader software to flash it via USB.
